Insurance & Fees
Most reconstructive procedures should be covered by your insurance policy. Please check on your benefits before setting up an appointment. Dr. Popham is a participating provider with most of the insurance plans in the area, including Medicare. Some insurance plans require referrals from a primary care physician, and our office staff will be pleased to assist in this process. Remember that insurance is only a method of paying for medical services and that you may be responsible for the payment of any deductible, co-payment, or other balance not paid by your insurance company.
If paying out of pocket, acceptable methods of payment are personal check, cashier's check, cash, Visa or MasterCard. In special circumstances, other arrangements may be made with our office manager, including financing for cosmetic surgery.
